For Android fanatics, finding the latest news on leaked announcements, tech reveals and upcoming features can be daunting. There’s hundreds of sites that cover everything Android, but with different press coverages and timings one can feel lost with keeping up. In drops Android News.
The idea spurred, with the client allowing me to create an easy, simple, straightforward design that Android users long for. With the best curated sites, it’s one swipe away from finding all the gossip you need to keep up. One can save and share articles that they deem useful with this effortless experience.


The forward arrow allows a user to jump to a different viewing page for quick access.
The more option button shows the user a few more actions that they may find useful.


The shop button on the navigation bar displays the best of the best when it comes to deals, handpicked by the client. It’s a personal experience for someone searching for Android exclusive content.
The saved section enables a user to hold onto their favorite articles, with the timestamp of how long it has been stored.

The client covets user feedback and wanted an uncomplicated way for users to rate the app and leave comments for future use. This was established through the hovering star icon on the bottom right of the screen. Users may redirect to the app store to leave a review, in turn helping the client in development.


The app is currently live on the Google Play Store with the client updating the designs created as users leave feedback.
